Another award for MLC

I am happy to announce that the MLC high school has received a Bronze Award from U.S. News and World Report. This award is based on achievement data including proficiency standards and benchmarks and the degree that students are prepared for college-level work. 18,790 public high schools in 40 states were analyzed. One other Portland high school, Lincoln was also given the bronze award. More information is available on www.usnews.com.

As in recent years, MLC has received an "Exceptional School" rating from the Oregon Department of Education.
